Photos, top to bottom: 1. Basilica of St. Mary. 2. Laura's favorite Salt Mine photo. 3. Y viva Espana!
W #1, Mass (okay, so it's an upside down W). We attended Mass at the beautiful Basilica of St. Mary in the main square.
W #2. Wieliscka Salt Mine. Spanish came in handy once again. Our travel companions to the mine were from Spain. They were so impressed that Laura, an American(!), could speak well in Spanish. Then, once there, our 80-year-old Peruvian abuelita from pierogi cooking class was by herself after giving up on the stairs inside the mine. She was hungry. There were plenty of food vendors, but she was SO thankful for the granola bar Laura gave her. The mine, of course, was amazing. Nonna Laura is already figuring how to get Jon to see it. Jon, you are forewarned, but it is truly worth seeing.
W #3. World Cup. We had a lovely al fresco dinner on Krakow's main square while watching tourists stroll by. The World Cup final match starts here at 9pm, so fans were showing their true colors. Our observations say it's 50 to 1 in favor of 🇪🇸 🇪🇸 🇪🇸. Very joyful ambiance.

I thought I recognized the Salt Mine picture from your first trip.
